HR / Payroll Officer

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in HR and payroll
- Proficiency in payroll processing, labor laws, making SIF files and WPS
- Experience with payroll software systems
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare and submit SIF files and WPS
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
- Assist in generating payroll reports
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
**Salary**: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
