HR & Office Administrator

**Purpose of Job**
Responsible for the daily administrative activities of the HR Department. Such responsibilities include juggling phone calls, handling mail, SMSA and offering administrative advice when needed.
**Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities**
- Understand the fundamentals of HR Employment and labor law for compliance.
- In-depth HR's knowledge of employment law allows them to advise leadership and ensure decisions are made within legal boundaries.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
- Maintaining filing systems (employee files and manager files), Photocopying, printing, book binding, and scanning of required documents as needed by the HR Manager
- Preparing employee documents including but not limited to employee contracts, PRC forms, entitled vacation calculations, severance pay, etc.
- Preparing and printing ID of new employees and distributing them.
- Checking the monthly attendance of HR employees
- Providing administrative assistance to other colleagues as and when required
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Make travel arrangements and hotel booking for company personals
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
- A Diploma/Degree in any field.
- 2 years of professional experience.
- Multi-lingual.
- Ability to Read, Write, and follow instruction in English language.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
