We are looking for a Transaction Co-ordinator to join our expanding team

Transaction coordinators are responsible for the following routine tasks in order to complete the transaction from contract to closing:
- Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions, from purchase agreement execution to closing.
- Manage the processes of title deeds / SPAs, mortgage loan, and appraisal.
- Coordinate inspections, assist in repair negotiations, and coordinate repair completion.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, banks, and so on.
- Submit all required documentation to the broker to ensure file compliance.
- Coordinate moving and possession dates.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
- Enter all client data into the client database system.
- Schedule customer-service follow up calls every 30 days, 90 days, and 120 days to assist with any home-improvement provider recommendations and to obtain testimonials/referrals.
You'll also learn techniques for improving your organizational and communication skills.
This subsystem will teach you how:
- Arrange and supervise purchase transactions.
- Create strategies to improve communication.
- Make a schedule of deadlines.
- Put together follow-up materials and documents.
- Create and personalize closing checklists for both sellers and buyers.
