**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide sales reports to the management
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning and hygiene industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid UAE driving license
