**Job Overview**:
The VR Zone Personnel In-charge is responsible for the effective operation of a Virtual Reality (VR) gaming and entertainment center. This role involves overseeing the setup and management of VR equipment, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team of staff members. The Personnel In-charge also handles troubleshooting and technical support for VR systems while promoting a fun and immersive environment for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the VR zone, ensuring all equipment and stations are ready for use.
- Set up, calibrate, and manage VR devices and systems before and after customer use.
- Manage the flow of customers through the VR zone, ensuring an organized and timely process.
- Ensure the VR zone is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Welcome guests, provide clear instructions, and offer guidance on how to use VR equipment.
- Explain gameplay, rules, and safety procedures to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, especially those unfamiliar with VR technology.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Perform daily checks and maintenance on all VR equipment (headsets, controllers, sensors, etc.).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage basic repairs or escalations to technical support.
- Ensure equipment is sanitized and well-maintained between customer sessions.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Train, supervise, and schedule VR zone staff, ensuring optimal coverage during operating hours.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure all staff are knowledgeable about VR systems and customer service protocols.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Monitor the safety of customers while using VR equipment, ensuring proper use to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Enforce health and safety guidelines, including sanitization of VR gear and physical space.
- Stay up-to-date on safety standards and emergency procedures.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing special VR events, such as tournaments, corporate functions, or group activities.
- Work with customers to customize VR experiences for parties or events.
- **Inventory and Reporting**:

- Maintain an inventory of VR equipment, accessories, and supplies, ensuring availability and orderliness.
- Track daily usage statistics and provide management with performance reports.
- Collect customer feedback and offer suggestions for improving the VR experience and operational efficiency.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Assist in promoting VR zone events, offers, and experiences to attract more visitors.
- Engage with customers to encourage repeat visits and memberships.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certification in VR technology or gaming is a plus).
- Experience in customer service or entertainment centers, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of VR technology and gaming, including experience with VR headsets, gaming systems, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
