The Systems and Projects Specialist is responsible to execute and monitor project work plan for projects and systems across the Customer Experience - Cabin Services Division, as per the agreed business plan and timelines to ensure full adherence to requested functionality, timely implementation of systems and completion of projects.

In addition to the above, other key responsibilities includes:

- Lead business requirements scoping sessions for IT projects across the department to achieve business objectives and propose appropriate automations to bring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide innovative solutions to upgrade existing system features and execute project work plans as suggested by the management to ensure that the system is functional as per business needs.
- Plan and review functionality of various Cabin Services systems and conduct performance analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing(UATs) of the system as agreed in functional specification document.
- Maintain and foster a cordial relationship with IT management, managers and stakeholders from internal/external departments in order to ensure system related activities are executed seamlessly.

**Qualifications**:

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management or Computer Engineering from a reputable university with at least 4 years of job-related experience in a large multinational organization.
- Relevant work experience as system developer, system management specialist, IT systems solutions analyst, or similar job accountabilities.
- Expertise in project management tools.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
- Good command of English language and Business Communication.
- Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
