**Qualifications**:
**About You**

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in cabin crew recruitment or volume recruitment.

You should have experience in events planning and project management, relationship and team building, have strong business awareness, and effective problem solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise in matters related to recruitment and onboarding.
