HR Assistant

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will work closely with our HR team to help create an exceptional employee experience and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
**Employee Relations**:Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts through effective communication and mediation.
Foster a positive workplace culture and maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.
**Benefits Administration**:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and other related benefits.
Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide guidance on enrollment.
**HR Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files and databases.
Prepare and process HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts and termination documents.
**Compliance and Policies**:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Qatar.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with local laws.
**Performance Management**:Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
**Training and Development**:Identify training needs and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Qatar or the Gulf region.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
