**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and research potential premium clients in the target market segments.

2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new premium clients and achieve sales targets.

3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.

4. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of premium services.

5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support client acquisition efforts and address client needs.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

8. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on premium banking products or services.
- Thorough understanding of banking products, services, and industry regulations, particularly in the premium banking segment.
- Experience working in banks for similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the bank effectively.

**Salary**: QAR7,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
