**Job Title**: Senior Business Development Executive Location: Qatar Experience Level: 15+ Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Qatar. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Ooredoo Sales teams and Product Managers to identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities for our company. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
**Identify New Business Opportunities**: Work closely with Ooredoo Sales teams and Product Managers to identify potential customers and opportunities for business expansion.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and competitive landscapes.

**Proposal Development**: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.

**Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

**Revenue Generation**: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, driving business growth.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

**Client Feedback**: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve products and services.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.

**Reporting**: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business deals, with a strong network of industry contacts in Qatar.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with the telecommunications market in Qatar is a significant advantage.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
