Executive Business Manager- Business Development

**Summary**:
The Business Development Manager will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The Business Development Manager will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue, the must knowledge of Digital Transformation, industry solutions, management services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (SalesHub, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short
- and long-term business development plans.
- Managing and guiding a professional of BDM’s in digital business solutions and transformational programs.
- Train his team on different industries needs and sales techniques.
- Supporting his team to achieving their assigned targets.
- Understanding different industries needs and trends
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the company
- Lead generation, prospecting and other sales methods designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior management at targeted firms
- Manage end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, onsite presentations, RFI response, client workshops etc.
- Work in close collaboration with GBM’s architects & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
**Requirements**:
8 to 12 years of aggressive IT sales experience (Solution selling, IT services, outsourcing)
- Must have closed deals worth over $5 million in the last 2 years.
- Strong experience in proposal writing and negotiation skills for deals worth over $5 million
- Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets
- Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets
- Advanced IT knowledge is a must
- Relevant Experience and knowledge with more than one of these domains: Media, Healthcare, Education, BFSI (Insurance, Bank and Finance services) and public sector - Technology selling exposure: Portal, Mobile, Digital, Modernization, cloud, IBM products (SW & HW), industry solutions and managed services.
**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
