HR & Operations Officer

**We are looking for an experienced Full Time HR & Operations Officer for training sector.**
**Human Resources Functions**:
- Must have educational background in HR or related field.
- With extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR administration, and workforce planning. Must have held a position that dealt with decision-making in at least a mid-senior level.
- Must be proactive and assertive.
- Must have a demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and producing quality output.
- Must be trustworthy and a team player.
- Must be a fast learner.
- Must have strong knowledge of Qatar law and culture.
- Can independently work at least supervision.
**Operations Functions**:
- Must have good conflict resolution, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Must act as escalation officer to solve issues/conflicts between stakeholders.
- Must be initiative and resourceful.
- Must have excellent oral and written business communication skills.
- Experience in service development / management is an advantage.
- Experience or knowledge in educational sector operations is an advantage.
- Can independently work at least supervision.
**Requirements**:
- Must be willing to transfer under the company sponsorship.
- Must be available to join immediately.
