**Job Title**: Operations and Development Manager

**Summary**:

We seek an Operations and Development Manager to lead our team, manage our day-to-day operations, spearhead marketing initiatives, and drive our business development efforts. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations across all service areas (housemaid, catering, babysitter, elderly care), ensuring seamless delivery of services. Implement efficient processes and standards to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of professionals and service providers. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge in their respective service areas.
- **Marketing and Brand Promotion**: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our services across various channels. Leverage social media, digital marketing, and community engagement to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses to expand market reach.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow and diversify our service offerings. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends. Develop strategic plans to enter new markets or expand in existing ones.
- **Customer Relations**: Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and expense management to ensure the financial health of the business. Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, business development, and team leadership, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills English & Arabic.
- Innovative and strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
