Customer Success Specialist

Preparing customer visits by collecting data from all the concerned departments and sharing it with supervisor/manager before the visit.
- Visiting customers to collect information about their performance to identify customer’s status.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
- Promoting Imdad consumables, Estore and Imdad patient’s websites according to the KPIs.
- Studying and analyzing customer’s details after updating their contacts and competitor’s data to define the improvement criteria.
- Reporting and reviewing weekly reports in regards to customer visits, customer feedback, Customer information and KPI reports to CSD Supervisor/ CSD Manager.
**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or any other related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in the Client Support / Customer Service field.
- Driving License + car.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual (Arabic, and English) is a must.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Team player with ability to perform well under pressure.
