Exhibition Manager

Drive new business opportunities and develop commercial strategies in accordance with the business and client requirements. Responsible for the company project/s from planning, execution to completion of the project. Work with wide range of clients, from individuals to corporations, non-profits, and large government entities. Ensure that project runs smoothly from inception to conclusion all aspects of production—from venue selection to equipment rentals to staffing decisions. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other service providers.
- Overall management responsibility for the exhibition including sales, marketing, operations and other related aspects of the project.
- Full responsibility for P&L, Budgets, and expenditures
- To plan and implement advertising, marketing, and PR campaigns and where necessary, production of copy and briefs.
- Liaise with design agencies, printers, translators, and advertising agencies regarding promotional campaigns
- Market research
- Liaise with exhibition contractors, suppliers, exhibitors
- Set and control revenue costs management
- Planning exhibition layouts, event programs such as conferences, workshops, seminars, and demos
- Selling stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors
- Supervising the build-up, dismantling, and removal of stands
- Seeking and securing sponsorship
- Undertaking presentations to potential clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Monitoring of competitors’ activities to identify new strategies for the event
- Other scope of work that may require flexibility, willingness, and ability to adapt to change under any circumstances

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience in the Exhibition, Conference & Event industry
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM and other
- Related industry awareness
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- With strong speaking and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- With outstanding organizational, leadership, and management skills
- Qatar Drivers License

**Salary**: From QAR15,000.00 per month
