**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Assist in entering and maintaining employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Support data accuracy and integrity initiatives within the HR database.
- **MIS Support**:

- Utilize partial MIS skills to assist in generating HR reports and analytics.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
- **Recruitment Support**:

- **Onboarding Assistance**:

- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Assist in maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Handle basic inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Contribute to the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions with a focus on MIS.
- Basic knowledge of HRIS and data management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
