**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Onboarding**: Help in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing onboarding materials, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- **Employee Records**: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **HR Administration**: Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling general inquiries.
- **Employee Engagement**: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
- **HR Projects**: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing ideas and insights to improve HR processes.
- **Compliance**: Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Proficiency**: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices is a plus.
- **Attributes**: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player with a proactive approach.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR1,000.00 per month
