**About the role**

We are recruiting for Recruitment Services Coordinator, to be based in Doha, Qatar.

**Specific responsibilities for the role include**:

- Deliver logistics, coordination and administrative support to the FD Recruitment & Selection Team by coordinating with different departments.
- Ensure all the information is tracked and logged by updating trackers and lists.
- Initiate requests for exceptional approvals during the interview stage by preparing approval memos.
- Regularly meet with recruiters to discuss and agree upon any change, particularities, challenges related to the departments and their respective areas.
- Escalate questions appropriately to their team leaders, managers, recruiters if required.
- Prepare, raise and obtain CMC approval and relevant purchase orders to ensure department requirements are met.
- Ensure payments are processed by liaising with procurement, finance and accounts payable departments.
- Respond to any issues arising during an active interview event.
- Ensure the details and outcomes of the interview events are documented and tracked in the appropriate management system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Flight Deck interview events by making relevant suggestions and supporting the direction defined by department management.
- Ensure standard responses are given for the same question.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of Department.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- High School Qualification/ Vocational Qualification/ Diploma or equivalent with minimum of 3 years job-related experience.

**OR**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of 2 years job-related experience.
- Experience in high volume, high demand role.
- Experience in a large-scale shared service, corporate environment or high-volume customer service environment.
- Experience in processing government or bureaucratic formalities.
- Experience in managing own task, priorities and workload without heavy oversight.
- Highly developed planning/ organizational skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong and confident communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Team player with high level of discretion.
- Ability to manage high volumes and work under pressure.
- Ability to pay attention to details in a fast-paced environment.
