- Adnan Latheef- RecruiterWe are looking for a **Senior Manager GTB Service and Client Implementation **for a permanent role with a prestigious financial institution in Doha, Qatar. The incumbent will manage Corporate Customer experience, overseeing onboarding, implementation, technical integration, and post-sales support for transaction services.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the implementation of Transaction Services to ensure alignment with business and customer needs, including providing internal training for bank employees.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various areas of cash management (Product, Sales) as an active participant in the product development process from initiation to launch for all transaction banking, electronic banking, and web-based initiatives.
- Ensure back office systems have the necessary functionality to deliver services to customers, in partnership with relevant system owners (primarily operations and IT).
- Develop and execute the service and implementation strategy to provide Global Domestic and International Banking customers with the required level of corporate GTB services.
- Provide thought leadership by generating innovative solutions and recommendations related to GTB to support Global Corporate Banking’s growth and strategy.
- Work closely with the product development team to maintain the highest standards for product services and implementation across the company’s global footprint.
- Increase straight-through processing and improve efficiency by ensuring prompt technical implementation of all sales closures.
- Execute actionable business plans and KPIs aligned with the Global Corporate Banking strategy and company objectives.
- Initiate, develop, and implement policies, standards, systems, and procedures for the function, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and external regulations.
- Offer valuable insights on product development based on market research and customer feedback.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience, ideally with a highly rated international bank.
- Strong understanding of GTB customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including report writing.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven decision-making ability and follow-through on initiatives.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical skills, and results-oriented mindset.
