Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the schedules of senior management, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate and plan company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Monitor and track expenses, prepare expense reports, and maintain records for budgeting purposes.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Fluent in English and Arabic preferably
