As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo’s Revenue Management Team** **in **Doha** as a **Senior Manager Cargo Revenue Management.**

In this role, your overall responsibility is to strategically optimize QR Cargo revenue by maximizing network contribution, capacity utilization, while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness. Steer the revenue management team towards those objectives while safeguarding QR Cargo quality level and customer satisfaction.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

- Develop region specific strategies that contribute to the department global strategic objectives set by VP Revenue Optimization
- Identify potential risks and challenges, developing contingency plans to adverse impacts (revenue and service quality related)
- Collaborate with the management to define long term network optimization goals, formulate inventory management strategies and make strategic decisions regarding the capacity allocation and network expansion.
- Monitor and analyze cargo revenue performance, identify areas of improvement and implement actionable strategies to optimize revenue and profitability in collaboration with VP Revenue optimization.
- Handle activities involving capacity forecasting accuracy and overall flight profiling (overbooking, entry conditions setting, flight planning etc.)
- Oversee shipment disruption management processes and protocols to minimize their impact on customers and safeguard FAP performance.
- Plan and control the traffic flown to achieve/surpass the budgeted revenue/ tonnage target and optimize contribution for pax and freighter operations under the close supervision of the Revenue Management team
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes and technological advancements that may impact cargo revenue management practices and propose necessary adaptations.
- Establish the department or teams’ objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
- Consult the data Group’s Data Protection Officer in matters related to data protection and privacy as appropriate.
- Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Minimum bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of job-related experience
- Qualifications in Commerce / Economic Marketing / Mathematics
- Prior hands-on experience in air cargo revenue management
- Ability to lead and work extensively with cross
- functional teams, in a faced
- paced working environment
- Ability and dedication to work with data, drive digitization and innovation and promote change management
- Strong quantitative, analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills with strong persuasion and influencing capabilities
- Strong project management and stakeholder management
