Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at hravailable. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our call center, including inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Your primary goal will be to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer follow-up, relationship management, and customer loyalty. You will create and maintain a customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, and develop and implement a customer loyalty program to increase repeat purchases and foster long-term customer relationships.
You will lead and supervise a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure they deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will monitor call center performance metrics, such as average handling time and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need to stay updated on industry best practices and technology advancements to optimize call center operations and customer engagement. You will collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align call center activities with overall business objectives.
