Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Contact Centre Leader to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving service delivery and operational excellence while working closely with key strategic partners to deliver assisted and non-assisted service touchpoints.

Your main focus will be on creating a strategy to deliver inbound and outbound service excellence and developing innovation strategies to ensure delivery of Digi-care and automation in line with brand and experience requirements.

You will also be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the digital transformation strategy as part of the local company and in line with the global Group strategy. Additionally, you will ensure digital channels and operations deliver on commercial and service priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating a strategy to deliver inbound and outbound service excellence
  • Developing innovation strategies to ensure delivery of Digi-care and automation
  • Leading the development and delivery of the digital transformation strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of call centre operations
  • Strong customer service competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
