Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience as an in-house counsel or lawyer.
- Autonomy and Time Management: Ability to work autonomously and reliably within tight timeframes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Documentation and Communication: Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively work across various projects and global teams in different time zones.
- Commercial Legal Work: Proficient understanding of commercial legal work with extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Problem-Solving: Initiative to identify and solve problems in a business-friendly and solution-oriented manner.
- Organizational and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic, commercial, and practical thinking abilities.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Industry Experience: Experience with Crypto, Financial, or Payment Institutions, or in a reputable law firm, is a plus.
