We're seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to drive our Audio-Visual sales strategy forward.

As our ideal candidate, you'll possess 5-10 years of experience in the audio-visual industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with partners and end-users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Audio-Visual channel in Qatar
  • Identify and recruit new high-potential partners, while nurturing existing relationships
  • Drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance channel strategies within the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of company products into partner portfolios
  • Leverage your technical expertise to educate and train channel partners on our Audio-Visual solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, end-users, and internal teams

Key Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Audio-Visual technologies, including current market trends and competitor analysis
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in AV-UC distribution/integration, with a focus on sales engineering and business development
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
