Job Description
  • Schedule appointments with clients to initiate new memberships or follow up on past memberships.
  • Monitor the front desk, answer incoming calls, greet customers, and provide information about our services and pricing.
  • Process membership applications and fees, collect personal data, and issue memberships.
  • Handle customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members.
  • Update member records with new contact information and payment details.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and process fees according to management's directives.
  • Collect payments from members for our services rendered.
  • Explain facility policies and procedures to new members and assist them in getting familiar with our facility.
  • Making necessary arrangements for events and celebrations as directed by management.
  • Give regular tours to new prospective leads/members.
  • Making regular sales calls, communicating promotions, schedule changes, and other operational matters.
  • Assist members with in-body analysis bookings when required.
  • Communicate with outside freelance staff and partner companies to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
