Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Motivate the Front Desk Team
  • Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
Manage Day-to-Day Operations
  • Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service performance.
Supervise Staffing Levels
  • Ensure that staffing levels are adequate to meet guest service and operational needs.
  • Train staff on adherence to all credit policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
