Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the Vice President's calendar, appointments, and deadlines.
  2. Provide exceptional support to legal office visitors and ensure a smooth experience.
  3. Attend meetings, take minutes, and communicate key points effectively.
  4. Draft correspondence and documents for the Vice President/General Counsel and legal team.
  5. Coordinate document transmittal, follow-up, and communication with external customers.
  6. Oversee office expenditure and budgets.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for legal inquiries and requests.
  8. Address employee queries and provide guidance on legal office procedures.
  9. Monitor compliance with government regulations and update records accordingly.
  10. Maintain accurate records of cases, projects, and legal information.
  11. Assist legal counsels in client interactions and research.
  12. Provide timely legal updates to departments and divisions.
  13. Organize office layout, manage supplies, and coordinate activities.
  14. Nurture relationships with law firms and service providers.
  15. Coordinate projects, track progress, and report findings to the Vice President/General Counsel.
  16. Lead administrative teams, streamline office processes, and implement administrative systems.
