Ancillary Sales Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Ancillary Sales Officer to join our Global Sales team at Qatar Airways. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our ancillary products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Ancillary Development Manager to ensure the successful launch and execution of new ancillary products and services.
- Provide exceptional support to sales staff, addressing ancillary queries and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all QR sales channels.
- Monitor and track ancillary products revenue, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct system testing and provide end-to-end process testing for process automation.
- Work closely with the Manager Ancillary Services to provide accurate and timely reporting on project streams, including risk and issue escalation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, ensuring audit compliance and adherence to ancillary policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience supporting the development of ancillary products.
- Strong business understanding of airline ticketing and EMD issuance policies, as well as Amadeus reservations systems and E-Commerce sales fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of ancillary services, current and future products, and technologies shaping the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise language.
