Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager at Accor, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. You will lead the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve hotel targets by optimizing revenues through account deployment and prospecting new business
• Manage government and regional accounts to maximize revenue and achieve personal targets
• Secure revenue from various streams, including Rooms, Meetings & Events, and F&B
• Implement an action plan to increase hotel ADR and total hotel revenue
• Conduct site inspections and participate in travel shows and GSO activities
• Manage Semi Government and General Services identities to increase hotel share
• Conduct business reviews with strategic partners to evaluate performance and build/enhance commercial plans
• Negotiate SMART contracts to ensure optimum yielding during annual rate negotiations
• Provide weekly sales activities and results

Qualifications:

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
• 3 years experience in a Sales position, preferably in a global hotel chain
• Local market experience is mandatory; GCC market knowledge is preferred
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
• Professional communication skills with consumers, stakeholders, and regional office
• Confident personality with leadership skills and good presentation skills
• English – excellent oral and written skills
• Computer literacy adapted to the field of Sales: strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
• Self-motivated personality and a great team player, who supports team members and coaches them with previous experience
