As a key player in the sales cycle, you will contribute significantly to the growth of ARCON by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by ARCON to become an expert in our offerings.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns that open doors for new business engagements.
  3. Attend networking activities and events to research and connect with potential clients.
  4. Craft business proposals and contracts that demonstrate your ability to drive revenue from clients.
  5. Work closely with senior team members to learn and drive the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to deal closure.
  6. Review client feedback and provide valuable insights to implement necessary changes that exceed their expectations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
Requirements:
  1. A passion for business development and sales is highly desired.
  2. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in sales.
  3. An IT software security solution company background is an advantage but not mandatory.
  4. Strong communication and networking skills to build relationships and connect with potential clients.
  5. Ability to identify pain points and suggest suitable products or services to generate revenue.
  6. You are intuitive, insightful, and eager to learn about human behavior and business dynamics.
  7. A professional yet affable position with a neat and well-groomed appearance.
  8. Resourceful with outstanding research skills always seeking ways to enhance sales strategies.
  9. Enthusiastic about taking on challenges and determined to excel in your role.
  10. Local language linguistic skills will be considered an added value.
