Job Description:

As an Outdoor Sales Officer at AD Group Co., you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, thereby increasing sales revenue and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect Identification and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers who align with our products or services.
    • Qualify leads and develop a comprehensive sales strategy to convert them into loyal customers.
  2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized service.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Sales Performance and Goal Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  4. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
    • Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and other required documents to support business decision-making.
  5. Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to communicate their value and benefits effectively to customers.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outdoor sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
