Job Description

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring sales production and adjusting sales activities to achieve planned goals within your region. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Driving Sales Growth: Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage, and sales priorities as necessary to achieve planned goals.
  2. Outbound Sales Office Function: Plan, establish goals, and administer the Outbound Sales Office function to deliver qualified leads and service existing accounts.
  3. Local Authority Relationships: Develop active communication and a close rapport with local authorities such as the tourism board, convention bureau, airlines, and other sources of sales information and support.
  4. Group Business Management: Assess group business to maximize contributions from available public space and generate room revenues while achieving banqueting budgets.
  5. Annual Sales Department Budget: Develop the annual sales department budget and execute the sales programs and activities within it, assisted by superiors.
  6. Individual Business Development: Identify sources of individual business and allocate the resources to develop relationships with them.
  7. Sales Department Standards: Ensure understanding of position requirements, goals, and standards of performance of the sales department.
  8. CORPORATE SALES REPORT: Review and finalize the corporate section of the month-end sales report prior to submitting it to the concerned parties.
