In this critical role, you will develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners. Your expertise in sales management, travel operations, and bid management will be essential in achieving our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
About You
To excel in this position, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and improving sales processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
