**About the Role**

The Sales Business Developer assists in identifying and selling prospects while maintaining relationships with clients. This position consistently tracks, reports, and analyzes your sales pipeline to produce the volume and forecast accuracy required to deliver team and corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new accounts from our target customers and ensure they join our growing list of highly satisfied customers.
  2. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  3. Assist the Sales Manager in setting objectives for the department, planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing the company sales strategy.
  4. Find new prospects and leads and convert them into clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Present and sell services to clients.
  • Learn all details about our services.
  • Meet with potential clients to present our services.
  • Understand all the prospects' needs, problems, or wants.

Requirements:

  1. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  2. Work and plan to deliver targeted sales objectives (individual and team).
  3. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
