Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at ALFARDAN MEDIA. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reception Desk Management: Manage the front desk efficiently, handling incoming and outgoing transactions, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and reminders for our clients, ensuring that they are aware of their scheduled meetings.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise information to our clients and colleagues, both in person and over the phone.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, escalating them to your line manager as necessary.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional personal appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication, listening, and telephone skills.

  • Automotive Experience: While not essential, automotive experience is a plus.
