Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the staffing process, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and implementing strategic HR initiatives to align with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Process Management: Oversee the entire staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all relevant labor regulations, minimizing the risk of non-compliance.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with our strategic goals.
  • Training and Development: Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and contribute to the organization's success.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys, ensuring that our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Employee Relations: Investigate employee issues and conflicts, and work to bring them to resolution in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Payroll and HR Systems: Administer payroll and payroll records, and ensure that our HR systems and processes are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure that all company HR policies are applied consistently, and that we are in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Organizational Development: Maintain company organization charts and employee directories, and partner with management to ensure that our HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs, apply and monitor training programs, and ensure that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure that we are in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and that our HR practices are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Performance and Salary Reviews: Conduct performance and salary reviews, and provide feedback to employees on their performance and areas for improvement.
  • HR Support: Provide support to HR staff, and help to ensure that our HR functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Compensation and Benefits Analysis: Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, and design and implement employee retention strategies to help us attract and retain top talent.
