About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Human Capital Group Qatar. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and market development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our company's goals and objectives. Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

Business Development Strategies

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Client Acquisition and Retention

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion. Develop personalized proposals and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure new business opportunities.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Establish and maintain open lines of communication to ensure seamless collaboration and effective execution of business development initiatives.

Market Intelligence and Insights

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations that inform business decisions.

Strategic Planning and Execution

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue channels. Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Requirements
