Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule client visits to our office, ensuring efficient coordination and confirming appointments.
  • Consultation and Closing: Conduct thorough consultations, present our services, and use effective sales techniques to achieve closure.
  • Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation efforts through business development activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction post-visit, and maintain CRM records.
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Stay updated on services and industry trends to provide informed advice.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, coordinate logistics for client visits, and adhere to sales processes.
  • Team Collaboration and Development: Work collaboratively with teams, participate in training, and continuously improve sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling services such as EdTech, Life Insurance, Banking, etc.
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Excellence Training Center success.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Performance-Based Bonus: Additional monthly bonus between QR 1,000 to QR 3,000.
  • Post-paid Phone Connection: Unlimited calls and SMS.
  • Annual Paid Vacation: 21 days.
