We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Position for our Core Banking team.

This role involves leading and motivating teams to implement large scale and complex Core Banking solutions.

You will be responsible for setting up and operating multi-million dollar Program Management Offices (PMO) for transformation programs.

As an experienced Transformation Program Lead, you will manage a complex set of enterprise projects as a cohesive program.

Your key responsibilities include managing a team of project managers and other resources dedicated to the program.

You will also evaluate, monitor, and manage risks across the program, escalating as appropriate.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including vendors and business owners.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of project and program management, as well as experience in technology and banking.

A minimum of five years of experience in project/program management and/or relevant banking or technical operations management is required.

Candidates with experience as a management consultant with top consulting firms or system integrators will be preferred.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules, and assignments.

They will also have the ability to work effectively with technology and business personnel at all levels, as well as with outside vendors and contractors.

A four-year college degree with emphasis in a related field or equivalent skill, knowledge, or professional development is required.

MBA/MSc or relevant graduate degree is preferred.

PMP/PgMP and other relevant certifications are also preferred.
