Job Overview

The Digital Communications Manager at lxbfYeaa will be responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the intranet and website. This includes maintaining a fresh and dynamic homepage, coordinating key stakeholders, engaging and training content publishers, developing and growing the sites, and managing relationships with platform suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an organized site navigation, permissions, and metadata for both the intranet and website.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the intranet, ensuring quality control and proper coordination between IS and software vendors.
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content for appropriateness and ensure that existing content is accurate and relevant.
  • Provide monthly analytics reports to key stakeholders on both intranet and website activity.
Digital Business Solutions Liaison
  • Be the focal point for all PRC technical requirements from the DBS team.
  • Drive moves to automate and digitize processes across the PRC team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors' degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years' experience implementing or managing web sites or intranets.
  • Experience presenting analytics in a format that non-technical personnel can understand.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of Usability and User Experience.
  • High level of comfort with social software and other web-based technologies.
Our Offer
  • Salary: Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance.
  • Work Schedule: 9 Hours / 6 Days.
  • Duration: 24 Months with possible extension.
  • Location: Qatar.
