**Job Description**

The HVAC Project Manager – ESCO Systems is a key role directly reporting to the Branch Manager. Based in Qatar, this position is part of a growing team responsible for driving business growth for HVAC, ESCO Systems.

As an experienced Project Manager, you will lead project management efforts on designing and executing projects. You will manage assigned engineering projects, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications, and interact daily with customers to interpret their needs and requirements, map them in the field, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and respond to contractual issues throughout the contract & project phase.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare project progress reports, representing the company in customer project, quality, and HSE meetings.
  • Be responsible for formal (letter) and informal (verbal) communication with customers and invoicing processing and collection of payments from customers.
  • Prepare technical submittals and submissions to customers and be responsible for production and issuance of design drawings/calculation.
  • Prepare and comply with project quality plan and Inspection & test plans, ensuring full compliance of project with specifications and customer requirements.
  • Assume full responsibility for cost management of the projects, preparing and submitting monthly project cost reports to senior management for review.
  • Initiate change process to manage variations to the contract and follow the project to completion, ensuring final payment.
  • Ensure key milestone dates are met – if delays occur, develop a plan to bring the project back on track.
  • Manage all allocated resources to complete the project on time and under budget, responsible for raising requests for resources within budgeted allowance.
  • Be responsible for development and training of allocated personnel.
  • Ensure operatives understand and implement company and customer QHSE policies/procedures in their responsible areas.
  • Liaise with QA/QC and HSE managers on all aspects of Quality and HSE.
  • Prepare and submit project completion feedback report to sales department.
  • Monitor progress of sub-contracted works, ensuring all applicable QHSE documents are available at the point of use, particularly project-specific QHSE documents are available at site.
  • Ensure complete project data/records are archived after project completion and forwarded to IS department for effective archiving.
  • Ensure non-conformities in materials/products are dealt with in accordance with applicable management system procedure and appropriate corrective and preventive actions taken to prevent recurrence/occurrence of non-conformities.
  • Ensure required inspections and tests of products are performed, and inspection & test records maintained prior to products handover to customers.
