We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our loyalty partnership efforts, focusing on non-airline partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer engagement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Loyalty Partnership Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our loyalty strategy and executing business plans to achieve annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective partnership strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, Business Development teams, and cross-functional teams.
  3. Analyze complex data to create insightful presentations and dashboards, informing business decisions and driving data-driven outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with various teams to launch new partner products and services, ensuring maximum publicity and exposure.
  5. Track and analyze monthly Avios purchases by partners, adjusting business plans to ensure yearly revenue targets are met.
