Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Manager to join our team at Calo Inc. This role involves managing office operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with management to determine daily objectives, conducting reports, and performing clerical duties such as printing invoices and preparing documents. You will also support team leaders and managers with their communication needs and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate with management to determine daily objectives
- Conduct reports of intended subject matter according to business needs
- Carry out clerical duties, including printing invoices and preparing documents
- Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies
- Document, report, and communicate necessary findings to concerned members
- Support team leaders and managers with their communication needs
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. They should also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
