About the role:
This exciting opportunity will see you take on a leadership role in developing and implementing our aviation strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for growth and develop partnerships with airlines to increase passenger volumes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business objectives and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with airlines and setting up agreements that benefit both parties.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and regularly review our aviation development strategy to ensure it remains aligned with our business objectives.
  • Evaluate our performance against key metrics, including connectivity and traffic volumes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize Aeronautical revenues and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of our aviation strategy.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, airports, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Lead negotiations with airlines to secure new routes and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
