We are seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Doha. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and in-house calls, taking written messages for hotel guests, and transferring guests to voicemail to leave a message as well as retrieving guests' voice messages.

You will also be responsible for lodging guest requests for wake-up calls, setting the console and giving the wake-up call, dealing with unanswered wake-up calls, and handling incoming faxes. Additionally, you will need to handle guest requests in terms of DND, privately registered guests, and function room telephones.

About the Role:

  • Handle Incoming Calls and in-house calls.
  • Take written messages for hotel guests; transfer guests to voicemail to leave a message as well as retrieve guests' voice messages.
  • Lodge guest requests for wake-up calls, set the console and give the wake-up call, deal with unanswered wake-up calls; handle incoming faxes.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of luxury hotel experience at a similar level.
  • College education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
