Job Description

The Sales Executive and Coordinator is a key role within SIMEX TRADING CO. responsible for identifying, managing, and securing tender opportunities for the water factory. This position involves extensive research, preparation of tender documents, negotiation, and collaboration with various departments to ensure successful bids.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the water industry and tendering processes. They will provide administrative support and collaborate with the sales team in achieving sales targets. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Tender Management: Process tender opportunities from identification to submission, including research, preparation, and bid management.
  2. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  3. Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to support in achieving sales targets.
  4. Sales Database Management: Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Reporting and Presentations: Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  6. Client Communication: Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities with clients.
  7. Documentation and Records: Organize and maintain sales documentation and records for easy reference and retrieval.
  8. Internal and External Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
  1. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 2 – 5 years of proven experience in tender sales, preferably within the water or related industries in water bottling company or FMCG.
  3. Tender Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of tender processes, bid management, and contract negotiation.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Organizational and Project Management: Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  9. Customer Focus: Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  10. Nationality and Driving License: Holder of Qatar driving license. Nationality: Arab/India/Sri Lanka/Nepal.
