Sea Logistics Sales Executive

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sea Logistics Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key account owner, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Your expertise in sea logistics and customer relationship management will be the cornerstone of our success.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Acquire new SME customers to grow our Sea Logistics services
* Collaborate with Customer Care Managers to make informed pricing decisions
* Prepare and submit accurate quotations using our online tools
* Deliver tailored solutions and presentations using your deep knowledge of sea logistics
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive
* Ensure smooth onboarding by providing detailed information to the Customer Care Team
* Keep customer data updated in CoreLOG
* Work with CCL managers and Customer Care Team to review and optimize customer portfolios
* Close deals that align with customer needs and company objectives

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding Management, or a related field
* 45 years of successful Sea Logistics Sales and Key account management experience
* Strong knowledge of KuehneNagel products, operations, and services
* Proficient in CRM and customer relationship management
* Excellent communication, adaptability, and time management
* Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset
* Languages: Fluency in English; Arabic and Malayalam are a plus
