About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sea Logistics Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key account owner, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Your expertise in sea logistics and customer relationship management will be essential in driving growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new SME customers to grow our Sea Logistics services.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Managers to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations using our online tools.
  • Deliver tailored solutions and presentations to customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by providing detailed information to the Customer Care Team.
  • Keep customer data updated in CoreLOG.
  • Work with CCL managers and Customer Care Team to review and optimize customer portfolios.
  • Closing deals that align with customer needs and company objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding Management, or a related field.
  • At least 45 years of successful Sea Logistics Sales and Key account management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of KuehneNagel products, operations, and services.
  • Proficient in CRM and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; Arabic and Malayalam are a plus.
