  • Prioritize growing key accounts, driving these partners to become generators of revenue.
  • Enhance key account performance, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction levels through regular business assessments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with Ops manager to optimize commercial strategies and operational efficiencies.
  • Draft and maintain weekly/monthly reports, tracking and communicating performance metrics.
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders of strategic partners: e-commerce, operations, marketing.
  • Stay updated on marketing calendars for brands, develop campaign strategies, and execute regional initiatives with key partners.
  • Facilitate internal and external visibility through data-driven analysis and cross-functional business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Ops manager to address commercial gaps and opportunities, driving revenue growth or optimizing operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or retail, preferably in account management or client-facing roles.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
